Can I return my order?

You can return the articles, which you have purchased at one of our wehshops, against specific terms. For all articles applies that they have to be in their original and undamaged state. Return the articles within 7 workdays. You need to request a written approval for the return shipment within this 7-day period.

Provide your return shipment with a note stating the reason for the return shipment and then send the article free of costs to:

Do I automatically receive a new article after I have returned an article?

No, when you have returned an article, you will not automatically receive a replacement article. As soon as we have received and processed your return shipment, the payment obligation for the article will be cancelled or the payed amount will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible. Thereupon you can place another order if you want a new article.

What can I do if I receive a defected article?

When you have received a defected article, we kindly request you to contact us, as soon as possible, after you have received the article. We will then look for a suitable solution together with you (e.g. restitution of the purchase price or replace the article in question).
