At all of the articles in our webshops there are indicative delivery times being stated.
How much are the shipping costs?
During the order process the shipping costs will be calculated based on the total weight of your order.
How will an order ship within the Netherlands?
We will ship all the articles within your order, if possible, in one parcel. However, our articles do have variable delivery times. The available articles will be shipped immediately.
It might occur that not all the articles within your order are shipped to you in one parcel. In this case we will charge you the costs for packaging and shipment once-only; all the other articles within your order will be shipped to you free of any extra costs.
What are the guidelines for shipment of my order to a foreign country?
You can have all the articles shipped to foreign country (meaning a country other than the Netherlands). The delivery time depends on the article with the longest delivery time. This is because all the articles, if possible, will be shipped all at once. Please allow for longer delivery times than for an order within the Netherlands. This delivery time depends on the country to which the order is being shipped.
It is also possible that import or customs / revenue duties will be charged outside the European Union when the order arrives at its destination. As a customer you are responsible for such costs, which can differ from country to country, yourself. The height of these costs will be calculated by the customs of the country to which the order is being shipped. Please contact the customs of the country in question, if you want more information regarding these costs.
On our product pages you will find the delivery times of all the articles. This is the time we will need in order to ship out the article. The postal / delivery service utilizes its own delivery time. For orders within the Netherlands the postal / delivery service delivery time is included within our own delivery time. For orders outside the Netherlands you will have to add up our delivery time to the postal / delivery service delivery time in order to calculate when you can expect the arrival of your order.
Can I receive an order at a postoffice box address?
Because of practical considerations it is not possible to receive an order at a postoffice box address. We recommend you to use a regular delivery address.
